Iraca Español

Iraca for Amazon sellers

Your Amazon orders, stock and fees, in the same place as the rest of your business.

Iraca is inventory and order software for small product businesses. It connects to your Amazon seller account through Amazon’s Selling Partner API, so your Amazon orders land next to the ones from your website and your other channels, and every channel sells from the same stock.

What Iraca does with your Amazon account

Iraca sends stock to Amazon only after you turn stock sync on, and a listing only when you press Submit.

Orders

  • Brings in your Amazon orders, fulfilled by you (FBM) or by Amazon (FBA), and matches each line to your product by SKU.
  • Holds the units of an order Amazon hasn’t released yet, so they can’t be sold twice, without counting it as a sale.
  • When you ship an FBM order in Iraca, it confirms the shipment to Amazon with the tracking number.

Stock

  • Sends Amazon the quantity you can actually sell for each FBM listing, after what your other channels have already sold.
  • Shows you every quantity it would send, and lets Amazon check them, before you turn the sync on.

Listings

  • Creates and updates FBM listings from your products, with the attributes Amazon requires for each product type.
  • Saves each listing as a draft and sends it only when you press Submit, then shows Amazon’s answer.

Fees and payouts

  • Shows what Amazon charged on each order: referral fee, shipping labels, FBA and storage fees.
  • Sums what Amazon released and what it paid to your bank for any date range.

Getting started

  • Reads your own SKUs from Amazon to set up your products, and asks you to confirm each brand before using its photos or descriptions.

One stock count for every channel

Sell the same product on Amazon, your own website, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, Etsy or TikTok Shop, and Iraca keeps one count. A sale anywhere lowers the quantity offered everywhere else, so you don’t sell something you no longer have.

What happens to your Amazon data

  • Iraca reads your orders, listings, catalog and financial transactions. It writes only stock quantities, the listings you submit and shipment confirmations.
  • Iraca doesn’t request or store your buyers’ names, addresses or phone numbers from Amazon.
  • Your Amazon authorization is stored encrypted. Iraca never sees your Amazon password.
  • Your data is used only to run your own Iraca account. It is never sold or used for advertising.
  • Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business’s.

Connecting and disconnecting

  1. In Iraca, open Integrations, then Channels, and add Amazon.
  2. Authorize Iraca for your seller account.
  3. Check how your Amazon SKUs match your products, then turn on stock sync when you’re ready.

You can disconnect at any time from the same screen, and you can also revoke Iraca’s access from your Amazon seller account. Iraca stops reading and writing your Amazon account as soon as it is disconnected.
